Thrice Exceptional is a "made-to-order" brand. What does that mean? Well, it means that we care about the environment. We don't want to mass produce and potentially waste materials. It is also much easier on a small business to start this way, when we are fighting our way through the competition, struggling to make a name for ourselves.
We decided that to best serve our customer, we needed to have more control in the production and shipment of our product. In order to do this, we have decided that we will be shifting away from 3rd-party suppliers and will be producing mostly in-house now. This will allow for more quality assurance/control of our products before we ship them out to you! This also means that shipping times will be FASTER (no more mystery tracking).
